About Refund Policy
- Return/Exchange is only possible if the product reaches you fully damaged. Any other reasons for return or exchange of the product will not be accepted by the company.
Missing, Wrong or Damaged Items
In case your order arrives with a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, we’re here to help. Please email us at hello@ivaane.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
For verification, we request:
- A complete unboxing video without edits
- Clear photos of the outer package
Kindly note: Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof may not be eligible for support.
About Refund Policy
Ivaane reserves the right to cancel an order without cause if the request is not complied with. The company will ensure timely notification of order cancellation or applicable refund.
If the customer partially cancels an order and the total cart value falls below the free shipping amount, Ivaane reserves the right to charge a shipping fee of Rs. 99/-.
Using Cashback and Promo Codes/Coupons
Cashback promo codes may not apply to all products on the site.
Special coupons must be redeemed within the specified time period and cannot be extended after expiration.
Two offers cannot be combined with a promo code. Ivaane reserves the right to cancel promotional codes and transactions in which they have been used. (This does not apply to cashback promo codes)
Offers cannot be claimed on ivaane.com with a combination of cashback and promo code coupons. This means cashback cannot be generated when a promo code is used in an offer.
Images and Descriptions of Products and Services
The product image is for representation purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the image. Please refer to the product specifications for accurate details.
Shipping Information
At Ivaane, we understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase in good condition and on time. That’s why we use a network of reliable courier partners to deliver your products as quickly as possible.
Depending on your location, your item will be delivered within 3–7 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value
- A non-refundable handling fee of Rs. 99/- applies to orders below the minimum order value
In case of partial cancellation by the customer, Ivaane reserves the right to charge shipping of Rs. 99/-.
If an order is cancelled or lost in transit, the entire order amount including shipping charges will be refunded.
COD Policy
Cash on Delivery service is currently availabe and has a small COD order processing fee.

Delivery may be delayed due to:
